Challenge
Kōyō House needed a visual language that could feel distinctly Japanese without falling into familiar clichés. The identity had to work across the space, menus, social content, and launch film while keeping the experience calm and contemporary.
Solution
I built a restrained identity around fluid typography, modular compositions, and a soft motion vocabulary inspired by water and changing light. The system gave the team a flexible toolkit for menus, wayfinding, campaign graphics, and short-form films.
